Defense Industrial Directorate Finance Lead (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Manage finances for a $200M complex contract portfolio
• Partner with various stakeholders to complete business plans and quarterly forecasts
• Develop and lead a team of Project Control Analysts
• Analyze monthly operating results and identify trends and risks
• Support business development efforts with financial insights and recommendations
• Oversee billing and cash flow management to meet financial goals
• Facilitate compliance with internal and external audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• 10-15 years of financial experience, preferably with U.S. Federal Government contractors
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team of finance professionals
• Strong communicator who builds trust with leadership and teams
• Experience with public company audits and financial reporting
• Demonstrated flexibility in delivering data in various formats
• High energy and professional presence, with strong leadership skills
