Dedicated Care Coordinator Georgia

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Dedicated Care Coordinator to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role (US‑based candidates only, no visa sponsorship) guides patients and healthcare providers through access and reimbursement processes, managing a high‑volume caseload from enrollment through post‑fill support.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire patient journey from enrollment through post‑fill follow‑up
• Serve as the main point of contact for patients and healthcare providers on reimbursement and access inquiries
• Conduct benefits discussions and verify coverage with patients and providers
• Coordinate patient appointments and assessments with all stakeholders involved
• Oversee administrative tasks related to support programs and copay assistance, including voucher distribution
• Manage approximately 20 concurrent cases across the patient journey

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree with 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related customer‑facing roles
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in access and reimbursement, with familiarity in a CRM system
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers
• Experience with benefit investigation and verification processes with payers
• Knowledge of copay programs, vouchers, and interim care support
• Proficient in managing a caseload of approximately 20 concurrent cases over the patient journey

Pay

Compensation: $162,900 – $271,500 annually
