It addresses the challenge of maintaining accurate financial documentation and billing integrity for a diverse client base through systematic audits and contract adherence. About the Opportunity:The DEDICATED BILLING SPECIALIST is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of client billing and expense audit processes. This role contributes by managing billing operations, maintaining contract compliance, and serving as a communication link between operational teams and clients, thereby supporting financial accuracy and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:Audit manifests daily by verifying notes, adding revenue, and reviewing expensesUse Customer Weekly Report to audit manifestsInvoice assigned clients daily and/or weeklyUnderstand and maintain contracts for each assigned clientMaintain client contract files and perform audits as assignedMaintain client billing instruction documentationServe as backup for other billing specialists as neededCommunicate with field operations for clarificationResearch discrepancies in billing or ordersPerform other duties as assigned Requirements:High school diploma or GEDProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksFlexibility to work varied schedules to meet business needsExcellent customer service skills Pay Range and Compensation Package:Hourly pay range from $22.00 to $26.50 Benefits & Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability insurancePaid time off including vacation, illness, bereavement, family, and parental leave401(k) retirement savings plan Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
