The role focuses on growing profitable sales of Decking, Railing and Outdoor Structures (DR&OS) within an assigned territory through face‑to‑face calls, prospecting, and internal collaboration. The ideal candidate builds trust quickly, partners with contractors, and helps drive sales growth while supporting team development through training and mentorship. Responsibilities
- Lead the charge to grow profitable sales of Decking, Railing and Outdoor Structures (DR&OS) within the assigned territory.
- Grow sales by making face‑to‑face calls on current customers and prospecting for new business.
- Work with inside and outside salespeople and managers to lead, educate, and support them in growing DR&OS sales as a dedicated salesforce multiplier.
- Build new relationships at a pace that supports fast sales conversions and generate repeat business.
- Establish trust quickly and become a true partner to contractors, not just a material supplier.
- Conduct on‑the‑job training with coworkers and provide customer‑focused value.
- Build long‑lasting business relationships and sell products.
- Utilize the internal STEPS training program to create value for internal and external customers.
