Decision Support Manager

Job Summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Decision Support Manager to oversee data integrity, user administration, and reporting processes within our consolidated financial system. This role supports audit readiness, ensures accuracy of statistical data, and leads a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Business Administration with a major in either Accounting or Business Analytics
• (2) Seven to ten years (7-10) years hospital/healthcare Accounting/Finance Analytics experience
• Proficient in business software applications, i.e., EMR workflows for Meditech, EPIC, GL applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power Point, and other office add-ins (Power query, power pivot, BI)
• DAX, SQL knowledge required
• Experience in automation, using VBA, PowerShell, python
• Working knowledge of Windows based personal computers
• Experience in interpreting and applying complex statistical methodologies related to healthcare management KPI’s

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of healthcare industry best practices

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $115,003.20 to $179,171.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
