Decision Support Analyst

Assist clients with campaign management through the following ways: Execute and deliver projects across client’s marketing channels Manage operational readiness for assigned client’s marketing campaigns, ensuring all marketing service teams and associated vendor partners complete required processes and deliverables prior to campaign launch. Build and maintain a thorough understanding of client data and marketing capabilities, ensuring marketing campaigns are systematically programmed, audited for accuracy, and approved prior to launch. Duties And Responsibilities Manage vendors in the acquisition processesCollaborate between client and Acxiom to optimize execution strategiesWork with outside vendors based on assigned campaigns – Transunion, Neustar, Analytic Partners, etc. Execute clear and concise communication with internal partnersDeliver routine updates for BAU processingConsult with internal partners on questions and issuesProvide adequate written and verbal communication pertaining to related processingActively participate in idea-generation sessions for process efficiencies and improvements Manage new account acquisition campaigns according to client-provided specifications and timelines and ensure proper audits and sign offs are completed as plannedEnsure all tasks are completed on time for 4-5 lines of businessCreate and implement new or change requests for assigned campaignsManage the calendar updates for all campaigns Create and maintain process documentation and ensure it's consistent and orderlyEnsure process documentation is up to dateDevelop new documentation as needed Capture and document all campaign related sign offs and approvalsProvide approval on Preselection and Fulfillment audits for assigned lines of businessComplete the approvals/sign offs in Workfront Qualifications Required Bachelor's degreeFunctional knowledge of solution managementEffectively partner with clients and internal teams to answer questions, investigate concerns, conduct research, and ensure successful issue resolutionDetail-orientedAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and quality standards Preferred Campaign Management ToolsFinancial Services industry background Primary Location City/State: Conway, Arkansas Additional Locations (if applicable): Acxiom is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status (EOE/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
