About The Job The Decision Support Data Analyst Senior will lead the design, development, and delivery of actionable analytics that drive strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making across our health system. This role focuses on transforming complex clinical, financial, operational, and patient experience data into meaningful insights that improve patient outcomes, optimize revenue cycle performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with deep healthcare domain knowledge who thrives in a collaborative environment while partnering with clinical, financial, and operational leaders.
