About the role
The Deburr Technician is responsible for ensuring that all products are free from burrs and defects before they are shipped to customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate deburring machines to remove burrs from metal parts
- Inspect parts for quality control purposes
- Adjust equipment settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
- Document work activities and quality control results
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field
- Basic understanding of metalworking processes
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using deburring machines and other manufacturing tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
