About the role

The Deburr Technician is responsible for ensuring that all products are free from burrs and defects before they are shipped to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate deburring machines to remove burrs from metal parts
  • Inspect parts for quality control purposes
  • Adjust equipment settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
  • Document work activities and quality control results

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field
  • Basic understanding of metalworking processes
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
  • Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using deburring machines and other manufacturing tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

$18 - $20 per hour
