Deburr Operator- 2nd Shift

Job Purpose

To operate equipment used in manufacturing products, weigh and measure raw materials, and maintain inventory records.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

• Deburrs and polishes machined parts according to drawing specifications.
• Installs hardware such as dowel pins, helicoil, PEM nuts, and twin-cert.
• Uses various tools including de-burr knife, de-burr whip, file, sandpaper, scotch brite, orbital sander, belt sander, drill press, arbor press, and polishing wheel.
• Works with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastics.
• Maintains a high level of attention to detail and precision.
• Works in a dusty environment and on their feet all day.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic reading of technical drawings.
• Team player, positive attitude, ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to dynamic situations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
• Must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
