About the role

As a M&A Lawyer / Debt Finance Associate, you will work on finance, corporate, and transactional matters within our firm.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Michigan state bar
• One to three years of experience in finance, corporate, or another related transactional practice (preferred)
• Willingness to work onsite in Grand Rapids at least 3 days per week
