We are a leading law firm that has been established for decades and employs hundreds of people. We are seeking a talented Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney / Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions, debt finance, and other corporate legal matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio state bar.
• One to three years of experience in finance, corporate, or another related transactional practice preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cincinnati at least 3 days per week.
