Debone Plant Supervisor - 2nd Shift

About the role

This is a 2nd shift position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train a team, providing professional development through ongoing coaching.
• Promote safety throughout the work area and with your team.
• Ensure proper scheduling to run the production area.
• Motivate, train, and help the team optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established food safety programs.
• Optimize employee engagement through positive leadership.
• Perform all other relevant duties related to the job of a supervisor.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or other related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in technology, computer, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP.
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO₂, and moving production lines.
• Exposure to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
