Debit Program Manager Sr. Lead

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs from initiation to completion to meet strategic objectives
• Establish and execute program plans and governance structures
• Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement across all teams
• Provide oversight of program execution, managing risks and issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout program execution
• Champion best practices in program and change management

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise leading large, complex programs in financial services or fintech environments
• Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies and governance models
• Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data for strategic decisions
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Deep understanding of debit processing and banking operations
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay

$125,850 – $213,950 annually
