About the role
The Dean of Students works collaboratively with the Executive Director, school administrators, staff, students, and families to foster a positive, safe, and supportive school environment. This position provides leadership and oversight in student discipline, attendance, and behavioral support, while promoting student accountability, engagement, and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- California Administrative Services Credential (preferred)
- 5+ years teaching and/or leadership experience in a school setting demonstrating use and implementation of successful student behavior and attendance interventions
- Bilingual (preferred)
