Dean of Financial Services and Development- Good Samaritan College

Job Overview

The Dean of Financial Services and Development will report to the President of Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science (GSC) to advise the President and other Trihealth administrators regarding the financial operations of the College. This dean will provide direction and oversight for all financial areas of the college including financial aid, student accounts, and accounts receivable and will prepare all monthly, annual, or requested financial reports for the President of GSC, the GSC Board of Trustees, regulatory agencies, and internal and external auditors.

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Or related field with higher education and financial aid experience
• Higher education in Accounting
• Must have experience with accounting/billing software; Student Information Systems (SIS), government/ regulatory rules around managing student accounts, and spreadsheets
• 4-5 years Management in Accounting, Business, Professional or higher education

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the President to shape the College’s financial strategy
• Oversee critical operations and ensure long-term sustainability
• Support financial access and strengthen donor partnerships
• Drive future enrollment growth
