We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Overview (maybe "Overview" is a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Overview is not listed but could be considered a section heading? The instruction says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting includes "Overview" heading before POSITION SUMMARY. It's a section heading. Should we treat it as a heading? The list of examples didn't include Overview, but we can still use

for any section heading present. Probably yes. We need to include Benefits section with the benefits details. Also Overview section with POSITION SUMMARY. Responsibilities section with ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS. Qualifications section with EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. Possibly also Skills? The Qualifications includes Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities subparts. Could separate Skills as its own section? The instruction says we can use Skills heading if there is content. The posting includes Skills under Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. We could make a Skills section with the bullet list of skills. Also maybe a Requirements section? Not present. We'll include Overview, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Skills. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS/ADA, Condition(s) Of Employment, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from Benefits, Overview (POSITION SUMMARY), Responsibilities (with percentages and bullet points), Qualifications (education/experience, knowledge, skills, abilities). Also maybe include Physical Demands/Work Environment? That's substantive but not in the allowed headings list. Could we include as a section? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should limit to those headings. However, we could still include Physical Demands/Work Environment as a

within Qualifications or something. But it's substantive; we need to preserve it. Could we put it under a

like "Working Conditions"? Not in list but maybe acceptable. Safer to include as a

under Qualifications or as a separate

section titled "Working Conditions". The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. I'd include it as a separate section with

Working Conditions

to preserve info. Also need to include "Overview" maybe as

Overview

. The POSITION SUMMARY is under Overview. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Benefits we need to list each benefit as
  • . The benefits text is a long sentence with many items separated by punctuation. We need to parse into list items. We should preserve all substantive information; we can break into logical items. Benefits list: - Full-time Benefits - Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance - Up to $3,000 in tuition reimbursement annually - Professional development and growth opportunities - 7.2% Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) savings - matched dollar for dollar - 403(b) and 457 retirement savings options - College paid life and disability insurance - Health and dependent care - Flex Spending Accounts - Onsite fitness center and walking path - Up to 8 weeks paid New Child Leave - Onsite wellness screenings - Relocation assistance available - Lakeshore also offers generous paid time off starting with 15 days of vacation, 9 days of sick time, 6 days of personal leave, 10 holidays, and a one-week winter break. - Additional Perks: - Local discounts on food, entertainment, and events - Discounts on cell phone plans and rental cars - Common Read events - Culinary experiences from onsite emerging chefs - Identity theft protection - “Dress for your day” - Employee recognition and appreciation events - Campus closed six Fridays during the summer - Benefits begin the first of the month coinciding with or following hire. - For additional information on our vast array of benefits, read through our benefits guide. We need to keep all that. Could make list items for each bullet. Responsibilities: The posting has percentages and bullet-like sentences. We need to make a list. Could break each bullet as
  • . The percentages are part of the description; we should preserve them. Eg: "(30%) People Leadership Assemble, manage, and coach a diverse faculty/staff talent pool capable of achieving results. Trust the judgment of others, delegating and giving latitude to exercise authority in their own areas of expertise. Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication fostering open and respectful interaction. Maintain customer focus by tailoring message and style effectively communicating to internal and external customers. Guide Advisory Committee structure and fosters engagement. Provide leadership in implementing a workplace learning team with responsibilities including the identification of strategic objectives and continuous improvement of processes and College activities related to Workplace Learning Services. Ensure all aspects of compliance are followed for the Childcare Center." That's a long sentence; we could keep as one
  • containing all that text. Similarly for other categories. We need to preserve the percentages. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Master’s degree ... Five years ... Three to five years ... Experience in higher education preferred. Knowledge: Knowledge of Lakeshore’s mission, vision, and strategic direction. Familiarity with different leadership styles and techniques. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Strong critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and team building skills. Abilities: Adapt quickly to new and changing technology. Perform work accurately and thoroughly, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail. Work independently, as part of a team and/or with minimal supervision. Present self in a professional, ethical and respectful manner at all times. Use discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Prioritize and manage multiple projects or tasks, maintaining deadlines. Establish and maintain effective working relationships and relate successfully with staff, students and all stakeholders. Lead, inspire and motivate a team to achieve departmental and college goals. Flexibility to adapt to and manage through changing environments. Physical Demands/Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work environment may require multi-tasking. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Condition(s) Of Employment: Employment conditional on completion of a Background Information Disclosure (BID) with the results acceptable to the college. This job description is designed to cover the basic functions of the job and is not considered a detailed description of every job duty that is required, other duties may be assigned as needed. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice to ensure the successful delivery of organizational objectives. We need to decide whether to include Condition(s) Of Employment. It's substantive but not in allowed headings. Could be placed under Qualifications as a

or separate section "Conditions of Employment". Might be okay. We must remove boilerplate like REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS/ADA. That is a heading; we should remove that section entirely. Also remove "NOTE: Compensation determinations will be made based on years of required relevant occupational experience and meeting educational requirements." That's a note about compensation; we should not create Pay section because no specific pay given. So we should drop that note. Also remove "POSITION SUMMARY:" heading inside Overview; we can keep the content but not the heading as separate; we can just have

with the summary. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
