Deals Diligence Analytics Manager
The Opportunity
As a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager, you will engage with top private equity and corporate clients across various sectors, assisting them in making informed, multi-billion dollar decisions. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from diligence to post-deal performance improvement and exit preparation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where each client and situation presents distinct challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Leading data-driven diligence and value creation initiatives for private equity and corporate clients
- Managing complex data analysis to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance data visualization and reporting
- Developing predictive models and conducting scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and warehouses to support analytics frameworks
- Oversight of data quality improvement plans and validation of data integrity and security
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop their skills in data analytics
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points for effective communication with clients and teams
What You Must Have
- A Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a degree in Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, or Finance
- Experience with certifications in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau for data analysis
- Advanced data visualization skills to drive insights
- Excelling in complex data analysis and predictive modeling
- Managing data-driven projects with a focus on client outcomes
- Leading teams in developing innovative data solutions
Pay Range
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
