Deals Diligence Analytics Manager

The Opportunity

As a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager, you will engage with top private equity and corporate clients across various sectors, assisting them in making informed, multi-billion dollar decisions. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from diligence to post-deal performance improvement and exit preparation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where each client and situation presents distinct challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leading data-driven diligence and value creation initiatives for private equity and corporate clients
• Managing complex data analysis to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance data visualization and reporting
• Developing predictive models and conducting scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Building and maintaining data pipelines and warehouses to support analytics frameworks
• Oversight of data quality improvement plans and validation of data integrity and security
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop their skills in data analytics
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
• Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points for effective communication with clients and teams

What You Must Have

• A Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a degree in Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, or Finance
• Experience with certifications in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
• Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau for data analysis
• Advanced data visualization skills to drive insights
• Excelling in complex data analysis and predictive modeling
• Managing data-driven projects with a focus on client outcomes
• Leading teams in developing innovative data solutions

Pay Range

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
