Dealership Billing & Accounting Clerk
About the role
Vanguard Auto Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Billing Deals Specialist. This position will be responsible for various tasks including billing, updating and adding entries to various accounting schedules, building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and collecting manufacturer rebates and incentives.

- Billing Deals
- Updating and adding entries to various accounting schedules
- Building and maintaining Excel Spreadsheets
- Maintaining Stone Eagle reports and analytics
- Collecting manufacture rebates and incentives
Qualifications
- Three years automotive accounting experience
- General auto dealership knowledge required
- Detail-oriented
- Professional appearance

Pay
$23.00 - $27.00 hourly depending on qualifications
