About the role

The Automotive Technician is responsible for reconditioning vehicles to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Examine vehicle and diagnose necessary repairs
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
• Document work performed
• Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Jaguar Land Rover Experience, or Master Tech with a luxury brand
• Own a set of tools
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Manual dexterity
• Resilience, agility, and openness to change
• Great professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and processes

All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Pay

Wages include base hourly compensation of $33.80 to $65.00+ per hour, based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
