Automotive Technician - Honda Dealership

About the role

Route 128 Honda is growing and seeking experienced automotive technicians to join our high-volume shop. We offer competitive compensation, performance incentives, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns
• Complete multipoint inspections
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards
• Communicate repair needs accurately with service advisors
• Maintain productivity and quality goals
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
• Honda, Acura, Asian import experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Honda certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay

$60,000 - $180,000+ annually
