Responsibilities
- Process Daily Transactions: Handle daily check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
- Audit Car Deals: Review deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
- Track and Report Issues: Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending report and support compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with Store Operations: Work with store teams and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
- Assist with Accounting Schedules: Help maintain reconciled accounting schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
- Cross-Train and Provide Backup: Learn the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
- Meet Performance Standards: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

- Education: High school diploma preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in a dealership environment or experience processing car deals is preferred.

Pay
The full hourly range for this position is $16.85-26.46 an hour. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $19.00-23.00+, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
