Responsibilities

• General ledger posting of New & Used Car Deals
• Schedule reviews and maintenance
• Account Coding & Processing vendor invoices
• Accounting for manufacturer monies
• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration
• Critical thinking and time management
• Attention to detail and urgency
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Active listening and initiative-taking
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Ability to research and resolve variances
• Active to mid-level computer and office skills

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace.
