Responsibilities

General ledger posting of New & Used Car Deals
Schedule reviews and maintenance
Account Coding & Processing vendor invoices
Accounting for manufacturer monies
RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration
Critical thinking and time management
Attention to detail and urgency
Effective written and verbal communication
Active listening and initiative-taking
Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
Ability to research and resolve variances
Active to mid-level computer and office skills

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
