Responsibilities
- General ledger posting of new & used car deals
- Schedule reviews and maintenance
- Account coding & processing vendor invoices
- Accounting for manufacturer monies
- RDR & rebate reconciliations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration
- Critical thinking and time management
- Attention to detail and urgency
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Active listening and initiative-taking
- Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
- Ability to research and resolve variances
