Dealership Accountant I

About the role

You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an onsite office environment at our Pittsburgh APC location.

Responsibilities

• Posting of New & Used Car Deals
• Schedule reviews and maintenance
• Account Coding vendor invoices
• Accounting for manufacturer monies
• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years Auto industry experience
• 2+ years prior accounting experience or Accounting Degree
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Ability to build relationships with external teams

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older

Schedule

Full-time role, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some overtime during month-end close.

Pay

The full salary range for this position is $35,000–$55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity.
