Responsibilities

• General ledger
• Posting of New & Used Car Deals
• Schedule reviews and maintenance
• Account Coding & Processing vendor invoices
• Accounting for manufacturer monies
• RDR & Rebate Reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration

• Effective written and verbal communication
• Active listening and initiative-taking
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Ability to research and resolve variances
• Entry to mid-level computer and office skills

Qualifications

• Auto industry experience (preferred)
• Prior Accounting experience required
• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 18 years or older
• Drug-free workplace

Pay

The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $20-25 per hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
