Dealership Accountant I

About the role

You will report to the Business Manager and work in an on-site office environment alongside other accountants. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, located at 2020 Crestview Dr, Hudson, WI 54016.

Responsibilities

• General ledger posting of new and used car deals
• Schedule reviews and maintenance
• Account coding and processing vendor invoices
• Accounting for manufacturer monies
• RDR and rebate reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years auto industry experience (preferred)
• 2+ years prior accounting experience or an Accounting Degree
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration skills
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Ability to build relationships with other teams
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older

Pay

The full salary range for this position is $35,000–$55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay is $19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on factors such as experience and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
