Dealership Accountant

Responsibilities

• Submission of Service Contracts
• Submission of Warranty Contracts
• New car purchases and Dealer trades
• Record used car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Process cash receipts
• Regional check runs
• Process and payment of vendor invoices
• FTC reconciliation
• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)
• Post to Intercompany accounts
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year Accounting experience - familiar with COA, debits and credits
• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel, Office and computer skills
• High School Diploma (required)
• 1+ years of Auto Industry Experience
• Retail Sales or Customer Service (preferred)

Pay

Compensation Range: $16.85–26.46, with a typical starting range of $20.00–25.00+. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
