Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage high-value dealerships into our dealer partner pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales development team to build pipeline by identifying potential dealerships, understanding their business needs, and delivering product demonstrations or sales pitches.
- Develop unique and compelling value solutions that focus on delivering ROI for clients.
- Manage pipeline - deliver tailored product demos, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and manage the close.
- Draft contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals to drive company revenue.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development — ideally within automotive or dealership environment.
- Proficiency in Account Management, Client Relationship Building, and Customer Engagement.
- Strategic Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Growth Experience.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
- Proven experience in fleet management or transportation management roles with a strong understanding of logistics operations.
- Professional attitude with excellent communication skills through emails and phone calls.
- Experience working remotely and managing virtual relationships is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Your experience will matter more.
