About the role

Dealer Academy starting August 31st, 2026! Deal required card games and provide outstanding customer service while adhering to all approved Internal Controls and Gaming Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in dealing required table games to company standards.
• Conduct dealer duties in compliance with Systems of Internal Controls, Minimum Internal Control Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Control the pace of games, pay winning bets, collect losing bets, and handle cash transactions according to house rules.
• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of all required table games; certification by Table Games management before scheduling.
• Proficiency in handling cards, cheques, and money, with strong counting and payoff accuracy. Basic math skills are essential.
• Ability to utilize arms and hands equally for accurate and proficient dealing.
• Capability to "walk the game" to protect company assets.
• Ability to bend and reach for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous dealing experience required.
• Must pass audition and deal Spanish 21 by day 45 and Mini Bac by day 80. Full-time dealers must deal all core games.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• May need to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Requires physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and reaching.

Pay

$7.55–$8.00 per hour plus tips.
