About the role
As a Dealer Performance Manager at GWC – GWC Northeast, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing performance across a network of dealers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase dealer profitability and market share
- Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement training programs to enhance their sales capabilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including manufacturers, distributors, and other partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving dealer performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
