About the Role
The Dealer Enrollment Specialist position is responsible for reviewing and processing Dealer Enrollment Packages in accordance with established company policies, handling dealer change requests, and supporting Sales throughout the enrollment process. This role also addresses additional internal and external requests. This position is remote with occasional planned travel to our Southfield, Michigan office, though team members may choose to work from the office if preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process assigned FACT sheets in a timely, accurate, and high-quality manner.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and reliable reporting for all stakeholders.
- Ensure all dealer documents are accurate, legible, and compliant with corporate policies.
- Remain open to ongoing feedback aimed at improving performance.
- Support Sales and other stakeholders throughout the enrollment process.
- Identify and close knowledge gaps with stakeholders.
- Actively listen and understand dealers' situations.
- Take ownership of performance outcomes, improvement actions, and attitude.
- Deliver superior customer service while demonstrating PRIDE (Positive, Respectful, Insightful, Direct, Earnest).
- Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and maintain required attendance.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and articulately on the telephone.
- Strong documentation skills for clear and efficient record-keeping.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and initiative.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Diligent, hardworking, conscientious, and punctual.

Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
Pay
Targeted compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance.
