About the role

We are launching the next generation of independent Seed Dealers through our Dealer Development Entrepreneurs Program. The program is based in Indiana and requires applicants to live or relocate within the state.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on training in Seed sales & customer acquisition
  • Learn Agronomy & product knowledge
  • Develop Business planning & financial fundamentals
  • Plan Territory development & market strategy

Requirements

Applicants should be:

  • Recent Ag graduates and entry-level professionals
  • Early stage farmers or those returning to the family farm or industry
  • Ag retail and input sales professionals
  • Relationship-driven sales leaders ready to own their future

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for agriculture and sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in sales or related fields

Skills

Essential skills for this role include:

  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Product knowledge and agronomy
  • Financial management and business planning
