About the role
Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries related to orders, returns, credits, and account support. Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Process and monitor orders, claims, returns, and credit requests in accordance with established procedures. Provide updates on order status, shipments, and delivery information. Collaborate with teams across operations, logistics, inventory, quality, finance, and customer support to resolve issues and meet customer needs. Research and analyze information to identify solutions and ensure accurate transaction processing. Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company requirements. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- (Education) Bachelor's degree; or Associate degree with related experience; or High School Diploma/GED with relevant customer service, operations, or business experience.
- Skills: Customer service and relationship management, Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, Written and verbal communication skills, Organizational and time management skills, Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy, Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience & Abilities: Experience supporting customers, dealers, suppliers, or business partners, Experience processing orders, claims, returns, credits, or related transactions preferred, Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments, Comfortable handling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism, Ability to investigate issues, analyze information, and make sound recommendations.
