Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests.
• Greet Guests by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table.
• Thank the Guest for playing when they leave the table.
• Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.
• Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Nevada Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
• Ensure appropriate game protection.
• Ensure appropriate game pace for all players.
• Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.
• Fill and credit tables by verification of Cheques.
• Open and close tables by verification of all cheque inventory.

Requirements

• Able to pass a live audition on one or more table games.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Able to multi-task and problem solve.
• Exceptional organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
• Approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential and helpful manner.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
