Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for dealing a variety of casino games in accordance with established Mississippi Gaming Commission rules and regulations. As a key representative of the casino, you will create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere, ensuring a positive gaming experience for all guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Congduct and oversee table games with professionalism and accuracy.
• Interact with guests, explaining game rules and resolving disputes in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Handle gaming chips and payouts efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential security risks.
• Uphold gaming regulations and adhere to casino policies.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience as a dealer or has attended a dealers’ school.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Standing for Extended Periods: Must be able to stand for long hours during shifts, often in a stationary position at a gaming table.
• Manual Dexterity: Ability to shuffle and deal cards quickly and accurately. Handling and managing chips with precision.
• Hand-Eye Coordination: Quick and accurate movements to manage cards, chips, and other gaming equipment effectively.
• Visual Acuity: Strong eyesight to read cards, monitor player actions, and ensure accurate payouts. Ability to distinguish colors for chips and table layouts.
• Hearing Ability: Good hearing to respond to guest inquiries, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in a noisy environment.
• Physical Stamina: Endurance to maintain energy and attentiveness throughout shifts, often in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting.
