Job Summary

Experienced dealers will be responsible for dealing all table games professionally, accurately, and according to policies and procedures. Handle guest transactions for buy-ins, payoffs, and markers. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures. Notify supervisors of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift. Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies, and procedures. Distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols. Verify fills and credits to the game. Educate guests on the proper rules and procedures of table games. Compute payable odds and payable winning bets. Monitor guest play and table action to ensure the integrity of the games and company assets. Perform other duties as assigned.
