Dealer-Additional pay for Craps Experience

Essential Job Functions

• Deals various table games.
• Handles currency and chips.
• Protects bankroll.
• Follows house rules and dealing procedures.
• Maintains vigilance over the gaming area at all times.
• Reports any Internal Control or State Regulation violations to the on-duty IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor.
• Provides excellent customer service that aligns with the company's S.T.A.R. culture (Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, Recognition).

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Experience Required: Experience in dealing various table games.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Effective communication with players and supervisors; rapid use of basic mathematical skills; comprehensive understanding of all game rules and internal control policies.
• Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
• Specialized Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
