About the role

As a Craps Dealer, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exciting and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Craps games in accordance with casino policies and procedures while ensuring fair play and integrity of the game.
• Assist players with understanding game rules and betting options with exceptional customer service.
• Accurately calculate and distribute payouts to winning players; collect losing bets and maintain an accurate count of chips.
• Keep a vigilant eye on game security and report any suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with casino security to ensure a safe gaming environment.
• Manage challenging situations with grace and composure.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum one-year experience as a Craps Dealer required; previous experience as a Craps Dealer is required.
• Strong knowledge of Craps rules, strategies, and betting options.
• Working knowledge of 3 or more games preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with guests and employees.
• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient math skills for quick and accurate chip calculations.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $12.00 - USD $12.00 per hour (tipped position).
