Dealer-Additional pay for Craps Experience

Essential Job Functions

• Deals various table games.
• Handles currency and chips.
• Protects bankroll.
• Follows house rules and dealing procedures.
• Maintains vigilance over the layout at all times.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks and responsibilities during emergencies or as required by the Marine and/or Security departments.
• Provides service to both internal and external customers that aligns with the company's culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately reports any Internal Control or State Regulation violations to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty, in accordance with the company's Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications

• Experience Required: Must have experience in dealing various table games.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with players and supervisors; ability to perform rapid basic mathematical calculations; comprehensive understanding of all game rules and internal control policies.
• Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
• Specialized Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
