Deal Flow Analyst

About the role

This role is for Deal Flow Analysts who will support the intake, qualification, and positioning of investment opportunities within the Initio Sphere ecosystem. They operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Responsibilities

• Sources or receives proprietary and referred investment opportunities
• Evaluates deal fit against investor and sponsor criteria
• Prepares high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
• Submits qualified opportunities through the Initio Sphere platform
• Collaborates with capital partners for initial introductions
• Supports early-stage diligence handoff to internal analyst teams

Requirements

• Professionals with analytical judgment and deal environment exposure
• Former analysts, operators, consultants, intermediaries, or capital-adjacent professionals

Qualifications

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments

Skills
