Deal Analyst

NextDeavor offers a 12-month contract role with potential to extend or convert to full-time. This is a hybrid position based onsite in Chicago or Atlanta.

About the role

You will support deal and sales operations to ensure accurate pricing, clean order forms, and operational efficiency for the organization. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams, provide analytical support, and help maintain dashboards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deal Operations with quoting and generating Order Forms
• Ensure accurate pricing and clean Order Forms for deals
• Maintain and update operational dashboards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support deal strategy and operational efficiency
• Support Sales organization with deal process and documentation

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle or strong desire to apply sales process experience
• Understanding of software pricing models; SaaS pricing and licensing knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working across functions to deliver customer/prospect/client-facing proposals
• Knowledge of SFDC preferred (other CRMs acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Sales Operations or Business Operations experience

Pay

$32.25 - $38.70/hour
