About the role
We’re looking for a skilled De-Snag Painter / Vehicle Paint Technician to join our Manufacturing team in Warwick. This role plays a key part in the final stages of production, supporting vehicle inspection, paint rectification, and quality finishing to ensure vehicles leave site in excellent condition.
Responsibilities
- Rectifying paint defects, blemishes, and minor damage to vehicles
- Carrying out de-snagging, local repairs, and paint finishing (blow-ins)
- Masking and preparing vehicles prior to paint application
- Checking for missed areas and ensuring a high-quality finish
- Supporting work within the spray booth when required
- Recording issues and sign-off activities using internal systems
- Working collaboratively with manufacturing teams to maintain quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in vehicle painting, automotive refinishing, or paint shop production
- Knowledge of paint preparation, masking, and local repair techniques
- Understanding of health & safety within a paint shop environment
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistent quality
- Flexible approach to supporting different areas of the paint process
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but experience in a similar role is essential.

Pay
Up to £18.43 per hour, DOE
Schedule
37 hours per week | between 06:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday
