De Burr Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

About the role
Under general supervision, the De Burr Operator performs routine deburring and miscellaneous machine shop duties requiring foundational job knowledge, skill, or discretion in selecting work methods.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular factory work such as deburring, parts cleaning, and honing.
- Deburr parts using vibration and tumbler deburring equipment.
- Operate a bandsaw as required.
- Perform regular manual tasks while maintaining output that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Ensure quality standards are met with minimal discrepant work.
- Meet or exceed established production quotas.
- Work consistently, including overtime and travel as required.
- Maintain a professional and adaptable demeanor in response to change.
- Perform other essential tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” under 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (ITAR); verification required prior to employment.
- Ability to acquire proficient knowledge of deburring methods.
- Adequate manual dexterity to safely and proficiently remove burrs using vibrating and tumbling deburring equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Ability to work with number sequences.
- Capability to work well with minimal repeated instructions.
- Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
- Minimum of 6 months prior machine shop experience.

Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (includes shift differential)
- Monday to Friday
