About the role

The Relief position at Open Sky Community Services offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual challenges through safe, nurturing homes that encourage participation in community life.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Implement activities designed to foster personal relationships and valued roles in the community.
• Ensure daily living needs are met and maintain a safe yet inspiring environment.
• Provide direct support care to enhance the well-being of those we serve.
• Assist individuals in accessing and/or providing transportation.
• Complete all required documentation as part of the daily routine.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn new opportunities.
• An open mind to new experiences and challenges.
