About the role

Open Sky Community Services supports adults with developmental and intellectual challenges through residential programs. Our mission is to provide safe, nurturing environments where individuals can thrive and contribute to their communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals in the residential setting.
• Provide guidance, support, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Afford individuals access to transportation and participate in community activities.
• Complete and review all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay

Open Sky is proud to offer competitive compensation and an additional hourly differential for certain positions based on skills, location, training, and population served.

Schedule

Hours may vary depending on the specific program and location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
