Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through all procedures.
• Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Complete and review all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Skills

• Strong advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in care.

Pay

Open Sky pays for your higher education and offers an additional hourly differential based on skills, location, training, and population served in certain programs.

Schedule

Hours vary depending on the specific program and location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
