Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through all procedures.
• Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Complete and review all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong advocacy skills for individuals served.
• Belief in the power of community and importance of integration.

Skills

• Ability to work in a group living environment.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and evidence-based treatments.
