Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through all procedures.
• Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Complete and review all required documentation.
• Provide guidance, support, and perform various levels of activities of daily living.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Open Sky offers competitive compensation and an additional hourly differential for certain positions based on skills, location, training, and population served.

Schedule

Hours may vary depending on the specific program and location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
