Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through the implementation of all procedures.
• Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in care.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and families.

Open Sky offers competitive compensation and an additional hourly differential based on skills, location, training, and population served in certain programs. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies for an additional hourly differential!
