Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through the implementation of all procedures.
- Support individuals in accessing and providing transportation.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
- A valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and best practices in care.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and families.
